In the 50 years since Charles Conrad founded a company that builds testing devices, competitors such as "a,b,c" have grown up around the Holland-based Thermotron, or Russles Technical products, Sexton/ESPEC in Hudsonville, Grand Rapids Envirotronics and Turners's old company Holland/EST Testing Solutions, Zeeland.
